SMS and mobile information

You may voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number when you choose SMS verification for My LMC. Mobile numbers are used only to send user-requested, one-time authentication and verification messages. These messages are transactional and user-initiated.

Message frequency varies based on your sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply. My LMC authentication messages are not a recurring marketing subscription.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Living Message Church does not sell or rent mobile numbers, purchase or sell SMS consent, share SMS consent with affiliates for marketing, use My LMC authentication consent for third-party marketing, or participate in affiliate or lead-generation SMS through this program.

Limited service providers, including authentication infrastructure, email delivery providers, and telecommunications or SMS providers, may process information only as necessary to provide My LMC and the service you request. This limited processing does not authorize any provider to use mobile information or SMS opt-in data for its own marketing or promotional purposes.

You may choose email authentication instead of SMS. Never share a My LMC verification code with another person.

Safeguarding and Securing Your Data

Living Message Church is committed to protecting your information and keeping it confidential. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, theft, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of information collected online.

When you contact a group leader, Planning Center is used to confirm the designated leader and select an approved reply destination, and our email delivery provider processes your inquiry for delivery. Leader contact details are not disclosed to you through the website or app.

These providers may process only the information reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use My LMC mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
